David Moellering

David Moellering is a transportation industry expert with over 35 years of Roadway and Bridge Infrastructure Planning, Construction, Maintenance, and Policy Implementation.  Mr. Moellering has held executive level positions with both local and national construction firms throughout his career.  Mr. Moellering currently serves as the President/CEO of the Georgia Highway Contractors Association where he represents Georgia’s diverse Road and Bridge building community on all industry issues.  David is a past Chairman of the Board of The Georgia Transportation Alliance (GTA), serves on The Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors and also serves on multiple philanthropic boards.   David also enjoys spending time with his wife Talli, his three daughters and their husbands, and four grandchildren.   He is an avid hunter, fisherman and sports enthusiast. He is a 1989 graduate of Taylor University and resides in Cumming, GA.
